Refunds

The short version

If a tool isn't what you expected, email hello@madeeasytools.com within 30 days and you get your money back. You don't have to explain why, and you don't have to delete the file.

How to ask

Email from the address you bought with, or quote the order number on your receipt. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, usually within two business days; your bank may take a few more to show it.

If something is broken

Tell me before asking for a refund if you'd rather have the tool working — a formula behaving oddly or a file that won't open is usually fixed the same day, and the fix goes out to everyone who bought it, free.
